The »bidding war« ended at USD 2,540.00 (€ 2,336.28), 27% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bill Jensen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Givers and Takers, which sold at auction in July 2019 for USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,423.18).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 2.540,00 (€ 2.336,28) und damit 27% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Bill Jensen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Givers and Takers beobachtet, die im Juli 2019 für USD 9.375,00 (€ 8.423,18) versteigert wurde.
