Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work "Eftermiddag i nederlandet" by Bianca Maria Barmen for SEK 7,000.00 (€ 726.09). This price was achieved in the auction Spring Modern Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 10,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Bianca Maria Barmen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Sanatorium", which sold at auction in April this year for SEK 17,000.00 (€ 1,502.90).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Eftermiddag i nederlandet" von Bianca Maria Barmen für SEK 7.000,00 (€ 726,09) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Spring Modern Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 12.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Bianca Maria Barmen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Sanatorium" beobachtet, die im April diesen Jahres für SEK 17.000,00 (€ 1.502,90) versteigert wurde.
