Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In January 2012 Christies in New York held the auction Old Master Paintings Part I, which included the work The Madonna and Child enthroned by Bernardo Daddi. Here, the upper estimate of USD 700,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 722,500.00 (€ 553,512.60). Admittedly, works by Bernardo Daddi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Madonna And Child Enthroned With Saints in April 2016 with an auction result of USD 3,861,000.00 (€ 3,374,705.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Januar 2012 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Old Master Paintings Part I durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Madonna and Child enthroned von Bernardo Daddi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 700.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 722.500,00 (€ 553.512,60) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bernardo Daddi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Madonna And Child Enthroned With Saints im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.861.000,00 (€ 3.374.705,01).
