The work Éventuellement (Eventually) by Bernard Frize was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 33,020.00 (€ 30,371.60). Admittedly, works by Bernard Frize have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Toky in June 2021 with an auction result of HKD 2,646,000.00 (€ 287,424.21).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Éventuellement (Eventually) von Bernard Frize kam im März diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 33.020,00 (€ 30.371,60) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bernard Frize auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Toky im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.646.000,00 (€ 287.424,21).
