Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Ben Akkerman achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2013. In the Nineteen to Now auction, the work without title sold for EUR 5,250.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ben Akkerman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in April 2013 with an auction result of EUR 39,900.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ben Akkerman erzielte im März 2013 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Nineteen to Now wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 5.250,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ben Akkerman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 39.900,00.
