In the Photographs auction, the work The Skier sold for USD 18,750.00 (€ 13,518.39) - well above the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adolphe de Meyer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Water Lilies in October 2017 with an auction result of GBP 125,000.00 (€ 142,524.47).

In der Auktion Photographs wurde die Arbeit The Skier für USD 18.750,00 (€ 13.518,39) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adolphe de Meyer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Water Lilies im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 125.000,00 (€ 142.524,47).
