Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Personnage - 1920 by Auguste Chabaud was auctioned at Artcurial in October 2014. The price achieved of EUR 2,340.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Auguste Chabaud achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Femme À L'Étole De Fourrure in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 125,000.00 (€ 118,348.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Personnage - 1920 von Auguste Chabaud kam im Oktober 2014 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.340,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Auguste Chabaud erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Femme À L'Étole De Fourrure im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 125.000,00 (€ 118.348,80).
