Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2019 Artcurial in Paris held the auction 20th Century Art 1900-1950, which included the work Ravin, Maison Au Toit Rouge by Auguste Chabaud. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,250.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Auguste Chabaud achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Femme À L'Étole De Fourrure in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 125,000.00 (€ 118,348.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2019 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion 20th Century Art 1900-1950 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ravin, Maison Au Toit Rouge von Auguste Chabaud zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.250,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Auguste Chabaud erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Femme À L'Étole De Fourrure im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 125.000,00 (€ 118.348,80).
