Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Air filter and method of constructing same 24 (IOPI icons and installation view) by Artie Vierkant was auctioned at Phillips in London in December 2020. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 2,016.00 (€ 2,252.05). Admittedly, works by Artie Vierkant have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Image Object Wednesday 6 November 2013 4:53Pm in March 2016 with an auction result of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 20,517.23).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Air filter and method of constructing same 24 (IOPI icons and installation view) von Artie Vierkant kam im Dezember 2020 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 2.016,00 (€ 2.252,05) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Artie Vierkant auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Image Object Wednesday 6 November 2013 4:53Pm im März 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 20.517,23).
