Auction result misses estimated price range
In October last year a collector was able to acquire the work Detachable Storage Rack for a Metallic Structure 24 by Artie Vierkant for GBP 378.00 (€ 440.37). This price was achieved in the auction No Regrets: The Collectors' Edition at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Artie Vierkant achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Image Object Wednesday 6 November 2013 4:53Pm in March 2016 with an auction result of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 20,517.23).

Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion No Regrets: The Collectors' Edition bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Artie Vierkant erzielen.
