Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La vecina aristocrática by Antonio Berni was sold in the Latin American Art Online auction at Christies in New York in November 2017. The price achieved of USD 4,750.00 (€ 3,992.27) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Antonio Berni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Los Emigrantes in November 2013 with an auction result of USD 755,000.00 (€ 554,902.25).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.750,00 (€ 3.992,27) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden.
