However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Antonie Waldorp - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A royal barge on a choppy river with slot Loevestein in the background, which sold at auction in October 2001 for EUR 37,600.00.

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 10.625,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Antonie Waldorp mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A royal barge on a choppy river with slot Loevestein in the background beobachtet, die im Oktober 2001 für EUR 37.600,00 versteigert wurde.
