In March 2021 Christies in New York held the auction Post-War to Present, which included the work 25 July '71 by Anne Truitt. The »bidding war« ended at USD 43,750.00 (€ 37,256.24), 46% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anne Truitt achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Autumn Dryad in November last year with an auction result of USD 567,000.00 (€ 549,258.94).

Im März 2021 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War to Present durch, in der auch die Arbeit 25 July '71 von Anne Truitt zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 43.750,00 (€ 37.256,24) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anne Truitt erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Autumn Dryad im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 567.000,00 (€ 549.258,94).
