Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

In May 2008 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors - Oak Edition, which included the work March sunlight; Fring churchyard; From 6 Upper Church Street, Bath, looking north; and Pilleth Church by Anne E. Christopherson. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 687.50 (€ 874.53). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anne E. Christopherson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Roofs and holly trees, The Point, Greenwich; Woodbridge town hall; and Rooftops, Hyde Vale, which sold at auction in May 2008 for GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,544.09).

Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen

Im Mai 2008 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors - Oak Edition durch, in der auch die Arbeit March sunlight; Fring churchyard; From 6 Upper Church Street, Bath, looking north; and Pilleth Church von Anne E. Christopherson zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 687,50 (€ 874,53) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Anne E. Christopherson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Roofs and holly trees, The Point, Greenwich; Woodbridge town hall; and Rooftops, Hyde Vale beobachtet, die im Mai 2008 für GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.544,09) versteigert wurde.
