It achieved a price of GBP 750.00 (€ 954.03), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Anne E. Christopherson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Roofs and holly trees, The Point, Greenwich; Woodbridge town hall; and Rooftops, Hyde Vale, which sold at auction in May 2008 for GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,544.09).
