Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Ann Eringstam could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "In search of wonderland 12", 2013 changed hands for SEK 34,000.00 (€ 3,005.80) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ann Eringstam - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "In search of wonderland 3", 2011, which sold at auction in May 2012 for SEK 94,000.00 (€ 9,929.15).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ann Eringstam konnte im April diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit "In search of wonderland 12", 2013 für SEK 34.000,00 (€ 3.005,80) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ann Eringstam mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "In search of wonderland 3", 2011 beobachtet, die im Mai 2012 für SEK 94.000,00 (€ 9.929,15) versteigert wurde.
