Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Anita Magsaysay-Ho achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. In the Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) auction, the work Three Boys At Play sold for HKD 812,500.00 (€ 93,909.97) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 300,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Anita Magsaysay-Ho achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work NAG-IIPON NG DAYAMI (GLEANERS) in November 2016 with an auction result of HKD 13,860,000.00 (€ 1,688,933.64).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Anita Magsaysay-Ho erzielte im Mai 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) wurde die Arbeit Three Boys At Play für HKD 812.500,00 (€ 93.909,97) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 300.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Anita Magsaysay-Ho erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit NAG-IIPON NG DAYAMI (GLEANERS) im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 13.860.000,00 (€ 1.688.933,64).
