Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2013 Phillips in New York held the auction Under the Influence, which included the work Mini Nothing 13 (Blue2) by Angela de la Cruz. The price achieved of USD 7,250.00 (€ 5,356.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Angela de la Cruz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Knackered in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 28,750.00 (€ 33,865.09).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2013 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Under the Influence durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mini Nothing 13 (Blue2) von Angela de la Cruz zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 7.250,00 (€ 5.356,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Angela de la Cruz auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Knackered im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 28.750,00 (€ 33.865,09).
