Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2011 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings, which included the work The Remains Of The Day #4 by Andy Dewantoro. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 5,771.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Andy Dewantoro have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2011 the work Infinite Sadness was auctioned for HKD 112,500.00 (€ 9,776.67).

Im Oktober 2011 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Remains Of The Day #4 von Andy Dewantoro zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 5.771,85) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden.
