Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Slab Foundation #20 by Analia Saban for USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,230.90). This price was achieved in the auction FIRST OPEN | Post-War and Contemporary Art at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Analia Saban have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Circuit Board No. 4 in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 64,149.56).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Slab Foundation #20 von Analia Saban für USD 9.375,00 (€ 8.230,90) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion FIRST OPEN | Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Analia Saban auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Circuit Board No. 4 im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 64.149,56).
