Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Paint Cross Sections (from King Tut to Judy Chicago) by Analia Saban was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in New York in March 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 20,160.00 (€ 17,167.67). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Analia Saban - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Circuit Board No. 4, which sold at auction in May 2014 for USD 87,500.00 (€ 64,149.56).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Paint Cross Sections (from King Tut to Judy Chicago) von Analia Saban wurde im März 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 18.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 20.160,00 (€ 17.167,67) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Analia Saban mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Circuit Board No. 4 beobachtet, die im Mai 2014 für USD 87.500,00 (€ 64.149,56) versteigert wurde.
