Auction result well in line with expectations
In June this year Bonhams held the auction Prints and Multiples, which included the work The Freak Farce I And II by Ana Maria Pacheco. The price achieved of GBP 640.00 (€ 744.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ana Maria Pacheco achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Head in May 2007 with an auction result of GBP 6,600.00 (€ 9,712.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Prints and Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Freak Farce I And II von Ana Maria Pacheco zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 640,00 (€ 744,85) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ana Maria Pacheco erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Head im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.600,00 (€ 9.712,35).
