Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2015 Sothebys in London held the auction Modern & Post-War British Art, which included the work Homage To Neruda X by Ana Maria Pacheco. The price achieved of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,273.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ana Maria Pacheco - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Head, which sold at auction in May 2007 for GBP 6,600.00 (€ 9,712.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2015 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Modern & Post-War British Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Homage To Neruda X von Ana Maria Pacheco zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.273,05) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Ana Maria Pacheco mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Head beobachtet, die im Mai 2007 für GBP 6.600,00 (€ 9.712,35) versteigert wurde.
