Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Blue) by Ambadas Khobragade was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2016. The price achieved of USD 3,125.00 (€ 2,743.63) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ambadas Khobragade achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2008 with an auction result of GBP 36,500.00 (€ 46,429.60).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 3.125,00 (€ 2.743,63) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden.
