Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2012 Artcurial held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Canal Saint-Martin by Alphonse Quizet. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,030.00. Admittedly, works by Alphonse Quizet have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Canal d'Aubervillier in February 2011 with an auction result of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,098.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2012 führte Artcurial die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Canal Saint-Martin von Alphonse Quizet zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.030,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alphonse Quizet auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Canal d'Aubervillier im Februar 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.098,17).
