Here, the upper estimate of CAD 25,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for CAD 27,000.00 (€ 20,173.37). Admittedly, works by Alfred Joseph Casson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Below Ragged Falls, Oxtongue River in November 2012 with an auction result of CAD 111,750.00 (€ 86,488.14).
