This work of art by Alfonso X. Peña could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in July 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Impressionist and Modern Art Online auction, the work Niña Con Flores changed hands for USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,300.09) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alfonso X. Peña achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 245,000.00 (€ 196,977.01).
