Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alexandre Garbell - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Plage De Mers, 1954, which sold at auction in December 2009 for EUR 2,550.00.

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 765,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00.
