Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paysage En Bord De Riviere by Alexandre Altmann was sold in the Modern Art auction at Artcurial in October 2013. It changed hands for a price of EUR 14,375.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 12,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexandre Altmann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian The Florist Shop in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 127,000.00 (€ 81,577.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Paysage En Bord De Riviere von Alexandre Altmann wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion Modern Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 14.375,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alexandre Altmann auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian The Florist Shop im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 127.000,00 (€ 81.577,60).
