It changed hands for a price of EUR 14,375.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 12,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Alexandre Altmann have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian The Florist Shop in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 127,000.00 (€ 81,577.60).
