Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Alexander Vladimirovich Makovsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2017. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Village Scene sold for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,446.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Vladimirovich Makovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Market Day In Plyos in May 2012 with an auction result of GBP 217,250.00 (€ 270,683.94).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Alexander Vladimirovich Makovsky erzielte im November 2017 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis.
