Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'View From A Window' From The 'Moscow' Series by Alexander Labas was sold in the Russian Art auction at Christies in London in November 2015. It changed hands for a price of GBP 4,750.00 (€ 6,765.67) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Labas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Army Soldier In The Far East in November 2014 with an auction result of GBP 290,500.00 (€ 365,238.70).

Die Arbeit 'View From A Window' From The 'Moscow' Series von Alexander Labas wurde im November 2015 in der Auktion Russian Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 6.765,67) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexander Labas erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Red Army Soldier In The Far East im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 290.500,00 (€ 365.238,70).
