Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Promenade Along The Neva by Alexander Labas was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2009. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,460.26) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Labas achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Army Soldier In The Far East in November 2014 with an auction result of GBP 290,500.00 (€ 365,238.70).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Promenade Along The Neva von Alexander Labas kam im Dezember 2009 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.460,26) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexander Labas erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Red Army Soldier In The Far East im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 290.500,00 (€ 365.238,70).
