The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,875.00 29% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Alessandro Pianon - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 'Pulcini' Bird, 1960, which sold at auction in December 2020 for GBP 7,012.50 (€ 7,833.59).

Im August 2021 führte Grisebach die Auktion Online Only 2021/2022 - Third Floor Online Only 23.7.-8.8.21 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pulcino. von Alessandro Pianon zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.875,00 und damit 29% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Alessandro Pianon mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit 'Pulcini' Bird, 1960 beobachtet, die im Dezember 2020 für GBP 7.012,50 (€ 7.833,59) versteigert wurde.
