A top price for Aleksey Ilych Kravchenko - as previously expected
In November 2010 Sothebys in New York held the auction Important Russian Art, which included the work Indian Fairytale, Circa 1920S by Aleksey Ilych Kravchenko. It changed hands for a price of USD 1,482,500.00 (€ 1,137,235.35) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 1,000,000.00 – 1,500,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Indian Fairytale, Circa 1920S is the most expensive artwork by Aleksey Ilych Kravchenko that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2010 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Important Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Indian Fairytale, Circa 1920S von Aleksey Ilych Kravchenko zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 1.482.500,00 (€ 1.137.235,35) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000.000,00 – 1.500.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Indian Fairytale, Circa 1920S das teuerste Kunstwerk von Aleksey Ilych Kravchenko, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
