Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2004 Christies in London held the auction RUSSIAN PICTURES, which included the work Village Scene by Alexander Vladimirovich Makovsky. The price achieved of GBP 16,730.00 (€ 24,066.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Alexander Vladimirovich Makovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Market Day In Plyos in May 2012 with an auction result of GBP 217,250.00 (€ 270,683.94).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2004 führte Christies in London die Auktion RUSSIAN PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit Village Scene von Alexander Vladimirovich Makovsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 16.730,00 (€ 24.066,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Alexander Vladimirovich Makovsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Market Day In Plyos im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 217.250,00 (€ 270.683,94).
