Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tappeti stesi by Aldo Mondino was sold in the 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale auction at Christies in Milan in December last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 21,420.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Aldo Mondino - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tappeti stesi, which sold at auction in October 2018 for GBP 68,750.00 (€ 77,528.79).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tappeti stesi von Aldo Mondino wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 21.420,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Aldo Mondino mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tappeti stesi beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für GBP 68.750,00 (€ 77.528,79) versteigert wurde.
