Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Aldo Mondino could be acquired at Christies in Milan in November 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 20th/21st Century: Milan online Sale auction, the work Il leone di Giuda changed hands for EUR 1,375.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Aldo Mondino achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tappeti stesi in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 77,528.79).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Aldo Mondino konnte im November 2021 bei Christies in Mailand für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 20th/21st Century: Milan online Sale wechselte die Arbeit Il leone di Giuda für EUR 1.375,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Aldo Mondino erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tappeti stesi im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 77.528,79).
