Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tree by Aldo Mondino was sold in the Reborn: Modern and Contemporary auction at Christies in Milan in May 2021. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 9,375.00 17% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Aldo Mondino have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tappeti stesi in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 77,528.79).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tree von Aldo Mondino wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Reborn: Modern and Contemporary bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 9.375,00 und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Aldo Mondino auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tappeti stesi im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 77.528,79).
