This artwork by Aldo Mondino achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Paris in December 2021. In the SELECTEDArt d'Après-Guerre et Contemporain auction, the work Cancello bene sold for EUR 10,200.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Aldo Mondino have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Tappeti stesi in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 77,528.79).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Aldo Mondino erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion SELECTEDArt d'Après-Guerre et Contemporain wurde die Arbeit Cancello bene für EUR 10.200,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Aldo Mondino auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Tappeti stesi im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 77.528,79).
