It achieved a price of EUR 11,050.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 23 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert Roelofs achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Toekomstdromen in April 2001 with an auction result of NLG 367,000.00 (€ 168,446.13).
