Sold at the lower estimate price
In September 2010 Christies in London held the auction Prints and Multiples, which included the work La Rieuse by Albert De Belleroche. The result of GBP 500.00 (€ 578.30) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Albert De Belleroche achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ville d'Avray, la serre in December 2004 with an auction result of GBP 7,767.50 (€ 10,993.15).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im September 2010 führte Christies in London die Auktion Prints and Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Rieuse von Albert De Belleroche zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 500,00 (€ 578,30) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Albert De Belleroche erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ville d'Avray, la serre im Dezember 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.767,50 (€ 10.993,15).
