Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Villa Farnese Royal Stairs, Caprorola, Italy by Ahmet Ertug was auctioned at Phillips in New York in April 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 43,750.00 (€ 36,234.88) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
