Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2017 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Art, which included the work Rivage Méditerranéen Animé De Personnages by Adrien Manglard. The price achieved of EUR 1,235.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adrien Manglard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Mediterranean harbour with stevedores unloading their ships, figures selling fish in the foreground by a fortress in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 78,832.15).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2017 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Rivage Méditerranéen Animé De Personnages von Adrien Manglard zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.235,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adrien Manglard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Mediterranean harbour with stevedores unloading their ships, figures selling fish in the foreground by a fortress im Juli 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 62.500,00 (€ 78.832,15).
