Auction result well in line with expectations
In July last year Phillips in an online auction held the auction Heatwave: Online Auction, which included the work Golden Tulip Field Ghost by Adam Handler. It changed hands for a price of GBP 2,772.00 (€ 3,310.26) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adam Handler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ghost Abduction in a Lost Flower Garden in March last year with an auction result of HKD 441,000.00 (€ 50,766.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli letzten Jahres führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Heatwave: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Golden Tulip Field Ghost von Adam Handler zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 2.772,00 (€ 3.310,26) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adam Handler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ghost Abduction in a Lost Flower Garden im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 441.000,00 (€ 50.766,88).
