Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Adam Handler could be acquired at Phillips in an online auction in November last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Wired: Online Auction auction, the work Blonde changed hands for GBP 567.00 (€ 657.02) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Adam Handler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ghost Abduction in a Lost Flower Garden in March last year with an auction result of HKD 441,000.00 (€ 50,766.88).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Adam Handler konnte im November letzten Jahres bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Wired: Online Auction wechselte die Arbeit Blonde für GBP 567,00 (€ 657,02) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Adam Handler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ghost Abduction in a Lost Flower Garden im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 441.000,00 (€ 50.766,88).
