Auction result well in line with expectations
In February this year Phillips in an online auction held the auction What Now?: Online Auction, which included the work Little Stinker Girl and Ghost Buddy on Moonlight Walk by Adam Handler. The price achieved of HKD 52,920.00 (€ 6,359.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Adam Handler have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ghost Abduction in a Lost Flower Garden in March last year with an auction result of HKD 441,000.00 (€ 50,766.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar diesen Jahres führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion What Now?: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Little Stinker Girl and Ghost Buddy on Moonlight Walk von Adam Handler zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 52.920,00 (€ 6.359,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Adam Handler auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ghost Abduction in a Lost Flower Garden im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 441.000,00 (€ 50.766,88).
