The work Green Abstract Landscape by Latiff Mohidin was sold in the Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2013. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 325,000.00 (€ 32,229.75), 63% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Latiff Mohidin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in April 2015 for HKD 1,062,500.00 (€ 122,793.85).

Die Arbeit Green Abstract Landscape von Latiff Mohidin wurde im Mai 2013 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 32.229,75) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Latiff Mohidin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im April 2015 für HKD 1.062.500,00 (€ 122.793,85) versteigert wurde.
