Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work Untitled (Boats In A Harbor) by Zvi Mairovich for USD 500.00 (€ 413.19). This price was achieved in the auction Interiors at Christies in Hong Kong and was even below the estimate range of USD 800.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zvi Mairovich achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Painting With Yellow Light in November 2009 with an auction result of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,002.00).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Untitled (Boats In A Harbor) von Zvi Mairovich für USD 500,00 (€ 413,19) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Interiors bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 800,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zvi Mairovich erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Painting With Yellow Light im November 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.002,00).
