Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy by Zheng Xiaoxu was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in October last year. The price achieved of HKD 45,600.00 (€ 5,843.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 38,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zheng Xiaoxu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape And Calligraphy in April this year with an auction result of HKD 90,000.00 (€ 91,907.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Zheng Xiaoxu wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 45.600,00 (€ 5.843,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 38.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zheng Xiaoxu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape And Calligraphy im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 90.000,00 (€ 91.907,61).
